  Vacuum potting is an efficient packaging technology that uses a vacuum pump to extract the air in the packaging bag to form a vacuum environment to achieve the effect of preservation and anti-corrosion. In the potting of complex components such as motor stators, vacuum potting can effectively eliminate bubbles and ensure that the potting material completely penetrates into every gap.
  
  具体步骤如下
  
  预热:将产品(如电机定子)置于真空箱内进行预热,以降低环氧树脂的粘度并提升其流动性。
  
  灌注:在真空环境下,利用真空泵产生的负压将环氧树脂或其他灌封材料注入产品内腔。
  
  固化:完成灌注后,将产品置于烘箱中进行高温固化,使环氧树脂充分硬化。
  
  Preheating: Place the product (such as a motor stator) in a vacuum box for preheating to reduce the viscosity of the epoxy resin and improve its fluidity.
  
  Injection: In a vacuum environment, use the negative pressure generated by a vacuum pump to inject epoxy resin or other potting materials into the inner cavity of the product.
  
  Curing: After the injection is completed, place the product in an oven for high-temperature curing to fully harden the epoxy resin.

  The following figure shows a cross-section of the valve island component of the FACE Vacu 120 Series, a fully automatic vacuum potting machine from Detech, after vacuum potting (see Figure 1). It can be clearly seen from the figure that the potting material completely penetrates into every detail of the component without any bubbles or gaps, which reflects the superiority of the vacuum potting technology.

  The following shows the appearance of the valve island assembly before potting (see Figure 2). You can see the appearance of the circuit board and internal structure before potting. By comparing the photos before and after potting, it can be clearly seen that the components are better protected and sealed after potting.
